Wow thanks for the link. The pics r great. I was wanting something like that to identify the gups i have. Here is what i think i have ,a Yellow tail Mosaic, a golden yellow, a Red tail Mosaic, a blue tuxedo, all pretty common but l love em. But my special find in a tank full of plain golden yellows was (now he looks like the pic on that site)a King cobra Yellow. When i figure out how to put pics on i will put one of him on. He has a beautifully fine pattern. Although his tail and fins need to develop a bit, hes beautiful.

Nice, king cobras are available here but still seem resonably hard to find. I have a white/yellow cobra with a heart-tail, their pattern is amazing.

:)I am planning to breed with him if i can pick the right female for him. At the moment i have lots of female fry from the blue tux. She has almost luminous powder blue fins and tail with blue scales from the tail to her dorsal. The male is lemon yellow with the snakeskin patterning a pearl colour, the pattern is quite fine. He has a flag tail. If i get a virgin female from my blue thats as good as her, how do you think the fry would turn out if i bred with the yellow male? I think you have lots of experience with breeding fish so would love to hear what u think. Hopefully it might make a nice mix. Would some of the fry possibly have a blue snakeskin pattern? I am in love with blue snakeskins, these are also very hard to get where i am.

I Know BB did that cross a while ago and got that odd heart-tailed white cobra in their sig. sometimes the sobra pattern will sit on top of the HB pattern.
