Kuhli Loach, Bristlenose and White Cloud Mountain Minnows have been occupying the same space for a year now with no problems. The Kuhli/BN are both bottom dwellers and only really come into contact with guppies if it's a showdown for the algae flake. I've found that Zebra Danios do NOT mix well with Guppies, they chase them around constantly.
