Hi ..so glad I found this forum I thought Id have to sign up to an OS one. Anyway I added 2 male guppies to my community tank and now Im wrapped . Id like to learn as much as I can about them and them maybe breed them. The moscow blue and full reds are my pick ATM but Ill keep looking as theres so many beautiful colours and I need to study up on standards if I want to breed. Im also in to Bettas not as a breeder but just to enjoy their beauty. I have 2 imported halfmoons ( bettas ) and 2 pet shop girls as well as my community tank with gouramis , platty , guppies , kribs bumblebee gobies , bristlenose and cories. So Hello and nice to be here.

Hi there, Welcome to the world of guppies. There are so many very nice colours and fin types around that settling on one or two may prove difficult. Guppies are easier to breed than bettas and are just as much fun to play with colours. Personally I'd like to see more people breeding select strains though. Cheers D
