The minimum sized tank for best guppy growth is approx 30lt (10 gal) These can happily house a tro of adults and growing fry. Fully grown adults can be kept in smaller tanks but this is not reccomended.
The larger tanks the better.
Fry can be kept happily in smaller tanks of 10-15 lt untill roughly doubled in size when they should be separated, male from female and housed in growing tanks.
