So, what breeds do people own, whats available where you live?
We quite commonly get Asian flame roundtails (a large breed), Neon swords, HB of every colour. The occasional albino, very rarley endlers livebearer, tequila sunrise. Butterfly mosaic (an old-fashioned breed from local breeders) and rarley mosaics, medusas and california tiger endlers.

To tell you the truth, I'm still a little unsure about what types of guppies there are. I am also unsure what types I have. But hopefully I will know soon enough.

will try to find an old article on tail shapes and basic colours, then you just mix and match to find the names.

At the moment my tank is full of Swordtails and there fry.
I am looking into a 3 footer at the moment to get some space back. When i do the guppys will share some space with the swords.
I will start looking around to see whats available here in Melbourne. Might have to buy from NSW and have them shipped in to me.

Just wondering, anyone in the forum already have a true breed strain going? if so can post a picture or two of your strain? I have been searching for breeder in oz for sometime, just no luck at all, and most LFS guppies are still hybrid ( means does not breed true)

Bumblebee was making a strain, over in the photo section. I think there were some pics too on how she was breeding them.
