My guppies mate continously, most of the same strain, doesn't bother them too much. I wouldn't worry.

yes its okay to use brother/sister pairs for about 5 generations, then you will need to add more blood. Its called line-breeding and quite frequently practiced in pure bred strains to perfect them. If you have a few more females than males there shouldnt be too much stress on the females. also give them lots of plants (like watersprite (sold here as lace-fern)

Its ok, just give the females somewhere to hide if the male gets too annoying. Sometimes the females will beat up the male when they are pushed too far ;D Thats not usually a good thing for the boy as the females are often three times the size and usually give them a good bashing.
