The fry tank can be a little smaller than growth and breeding tanks. Most hobbyists use tanks of around 10lt-20lt . These should be fitted with gentle filters and kept at a slightly higher temp of about 26-28.c for fastest growth, be warned that bacteria also flourish at these temps so good tank hygene is a must. bare bottom tanks are preffered.
