I'd like to do a signature pic like cyberguppys and bumblebees collage only I'm still a touch computer stupid. Just wondering if anyone could take the time for a quick rundown.

use 'photoshop' or something very similar. when you open a 'new' document it usually asks what format you would like it, scroll down the list untill you find 'web banner' it is usually about 60h x (about 685) w. I like to set the 60 to about 100. You then cut/paste bits from other images and use the effects and text untill you get something you like.

After all that, you need to upload the picture. A good free service is Photobucket. Google it, make an account, follow the instructions.
Then, using the [ i m g ] tags Photobucket provides, copy and past it into your 'signature' area of your profile.

Thank's a heap for that Cyberguppy and Rob. It's a bit rough but it'll do until I get more guppys and have another go at. Ended up doing it with microsoft Picture It......heaps of fun. ;D

great work !. Most digital camera software comes with something that can be used to edit pics. You can get good results even with simple programmes. you can also use a [ c e n t e r ] tag at the beginning (take out the spaces, only put them in because the forum turns it into code ) and finish at the other side of your link with [ / c e n t e r ] to center your image in the signature.
