hope it all goes well, possibly even use your worst effected fish as a 'test subject' first.

this might seem obvious - but if you use Sykes *don't* let it go through your filter as it seems to kill all the good bacteria - the worms have been cleared up (no red threads poking out of the most infected guy since I put the stuff in) and I did a water change and everything, but the ammonia level in my tank has spiked and 2 of my girl fry have died of ammonia poisoning, and one of my big boy fishies (the one without the threads ironically) is on his way out as well. I've put some ammo-lock in the tank but I have a feeling I probably should've bought that "Cycle" stuff instead.

I have read elsewhere that this isn't a prob (killing bio-bacteria).... I will have to have a chat with some others who have used this product... What dosage did you use?

Ouch, hope you can clear up the cycling problem. Charcoal and larger water changes can help as a quick fix. how old is the tank again?

am still getting the message out there that Levamisole does not affect bio-filter .. How old is your tank? just trying to get some info so that we can find out what else if anything may have caused the tank to start cycling again...
