The ideal temp for guppies is around 24.c although a few degrees warmer or cooler will not hurt. Guppies raised in warmer water will grow and reproduce much quicker but will also die or even 'burn out' much quicker. A guppy raised in cooler water will be slower to reproduce and grow but can have a much greater life span. Most breeders will raise fry in slightly warmer temprature than adults then raise them at slightly lower temps.
Also be very mindfull that harmful and disease causing bacteria (such as columnaris) will reproduce more at higher temps.
