Just spent most of the day cooking for one of the teams weekend visit to TAS, Just how do you make a 'low fat lasagna' anyhow :s.

Lots of tomatoes and vegies with lean, lean beef and that horrible "lite" Mozzerella and some ricotta... thats about as low fat as it gets.... What do you think? I can feel my hips growing already!!!! mmmmmmm yummmmmmy!!
Can you come and cook me some....? pleeeeeeeeeeez

LOL we had to make the sauce from low fat milk and cornflower  such a waste. nothing better than a nice cheesy sauce on a lasagna! |
